Is the Teppanyaki style dinner at Kinoko included in the Refine All-inclusive package, or is there a surcharge for that ?

Anyone visiting either Hacienda or Sands!!! is the sea weed issue been corrected? Las 2 year at either location, it has been awful!!! :-(

Thanks to communications with David Z., we find out that paperwork is mailed to Florida and then forwarded on to Cancun for.......eventual processing?
